In 2018, our team was honoured to be asked by Hollyburn Properties Limited to transform apartment suites during tenant turnover periods. With a specific vision in mind, our team worked with Hollyburn to replace and rejuvenate each space through installing new floors, refinishing walls, hanging new light fixtures, and updating the kitchen and bathroom to look like new! The Hollyburn team was able to focus on what they do best- crafting a safe space and attending to their residents’ needs.
